Our billing and overdue cycle is as below:

Day -7: Invoice generated and sent to email contact(s) on account. 
Day -3: Payment reminder sent
Day 0: Invoice due date and payment attempted if card on file.
Day 1: Overdue notice if invoice unpaid
Day 3: Overdue notice if invoice unpaid
Day 6: Overdue notice if invoice unpaid - warning of suspension
Day 7: If card details on file, payment attempted once more. If still unpaid, account suspended.

During all of these stages, you will receive email notification to the registered contact(s) on account. A copy of the message can also be found at my.xilo.net.
