Unlimited reissues are included with every SSL certificate that we offer.
To re-issue your certificate, you will need to login to My XILO, click 'My Services', and then select the SSL product from the table.
Once the package details are displayed, click on 'Re-issue SSL'.
You will need to generate a new CSR for the same domain that the certificate was originally signed for. If the original domain was 'www.domain.com', the new CSR must be for 'www.domain.com'.
